CPE resin is one kind of rubber high molecular material made of high-density polythene resin after chlorination reaction. From the molecular constitution, we can see that CPE can be seen as random copolymer of ethane, chloroethylene and 1, 2 acetylene dichloride; its molecular chain is saturated and the polar chlorine atoms are in random distribution, thus, it has the good mechanical and chemical properties and is widely used in machinery, electric, chemical, mine and building material industries. The heat resistance, resistance to ozone and weather and aging resistance of CPE are better than those of rubber; its oil resistance is better than that of NBR and CR; its aging resistance is better than that of CSM and it can resist the corrosion medium of acid, caustic and salt etc. It's innocuity, flame resisting and no explosion hazard.
CPE has universal and rubber type, one of my company universal 135 A mainly used for plastic modification. Rubber type 135 B mainly used as a flexible material.

H135 A type CPE performance
Our company mainly used as the impact resistant modifier of PVC. At present, it takes 95% share of the impact resistant modifier market of domestic PVC. The additive shares of H135 A type CPE as the impact resistant modifier of PVC profile shapes is 9~ 12; the shares as the impact resistant modifier of PVC water feeding pipe and other liquid transfer pipe under pressure is 4~ 6; this can effectively improve the low temperature resistant impact property of PVC product. In addition, H135A type CPE is widely added into the products including PVC plate, sheet, calcium-plastic box, case of household appliances and electrical appliance fittings to improve the mechanical property and electrical property.
H135 A type CPE can be compatible and use with most plastics and rubbers simultaneously. The polymer crossblend system with bad compatibility can take CPE as bulk filler. The rubbers used together with CPE include caoutchouc, butadiene styrene rubber, ethylene propylene diene copolymer, polyurethane rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, neoprene and chlorosulfonated polyethylene etc. The plastics used together with CPE include PVC, PE, PP, EVA and PA etc, which greatly improve the low temperature resistant impact property and increase flame resistance, oil and aging resistance, corrosion resistance and insulatibity. This can make the plastic product have high filling property and reduce production cost.
H135 B type CPE performance
H135B type CPE is Collectively referred to as 35% chlorine content in rubber type CM. when users use,they set Mooney viscosity,which is sticky main areas in rubber. Because the processing performance of H135B type CPE is very good, the CPE can be made of rounder, smooth surface, or popular inferior smooth of rubber products. H135B type CPE is white powder, has the good shading sex and aging resistance, can be made into colorful and durable rubber products. Therefore, 135 B CPE in each field can replace some rubber, the production of the excellent performance of rubber products.
H135B type CPE has Mooney viscosity,good processing performance,and good tensile properties. CPE is used widely in the electric wire ,cable, hose, tape field. with its flame retardancy, heat resistance and weather resistance,the CPE is developed successfully of XH-01 A sheath glue material which is generally retardant and sheathed rubber in 65 ¡æ, application in air conditioner, elevator, electric welding machine and cable sheath. Successfully developed XH-03 material can be used for A coal mine underground use non-flammable cables sheath, the combustion performance already through the GB12665.5 90 standard of China burning experiment. Other still can be made without odour Marine flame retardant cable. Because Weipren ® CM colour and lustre bright-coloured color, can white made of plastic material, also can be used as downhole sign of voltage level for yellow and red flame retardant cable sheath.
H135B type CPE of excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, resistance to bend scratching, flame retardant performance, can be made of liquid pipeline, oil and gas pipeline which is better than other synthetic rubber, especially to the pressure of liquid transportation hose with unique advantages more. Weipren ® CM in foreign countries has been widely used in steel wire hydraulic hose production increase, foreign auto production of rubber fittings with the use of CM.
H135B type CPE also has excellent heat-resistance, ozone resistance, resistance to atmospheric aging resistance, cold resistance, flame retardant, bowed, and, therefore, is also flexible production industry with the optimization of transportation, to produce flame retardant transportation belt, heat resistant conveyor belt, the common transport tape, etc, the application of CM will greatly prolong the service life of existing conveyor belt
Other rubber products, in view of the use of the CPE have to the above advantages, for a variety of purposes of the special requirements of rubber parts, CPE all can find its application field, such as automobile, shipbuilding, locomotives with rubber parts, etc.

This product adopts polyethylene bags for internal use and polypropylene bags for external use with net weight of 25 ¡À 0.2kg per bag.
¡ñStorage and transportation:
For the viscoelasticity and absorbency of CPE resin are strong, this product shall be stored in the dry and ventilated warehouse with stack height no more than 10 bags and avoid solarization, damp and takes strict precautions again stress. It is not dangerous cargo.
